A lot never got it so Hammers United bunged a link on our facebbok page and EMailed 7000 out.West Hams site has now crached,surpridse surprise.They have done away with the 5.00 deadline and are letting you phone your details through-if you can get through on the phone that is.

Club administration is a complete joke.
I have no idea whether our registration went in properly as the form hang for a good 5 minutes before it went, this was after I kept getting bad gateway errors.

We just got a text at 4.30 saying we had until 5pm today to do it - that deadline had passed before either of us saw the text - what happens now?

What a joke... no emails received from the club for either myself or my under 18 .... then received a text at 4pm today saying that I had one hour to register to meet the deadline for Sundays match ...but cant get into the link as its a 'bad gateway'.... so our 4 tickets as things stand can't be used on Sunday ... our ticket office is an utter shambles.

I did it for me earlier and it said over 18’s need to register. They just text me saying my daughter needs to even though she’s under 18 and the link hangs. They are inept

I paid for the three season tickets - but the tickets only come through to my daughters account as this was the one they executed first.
She gets all the emails - I completed the link for me and her. We probably can't go (if we're allowed) but in case the inlaws catch it.............
Half suspect there'll be all sorts of 'fun' at Spurs tomorrow with this.

Form asks if you’ve booked just for yourself or for you and others. If you say it includes someone else it asks how many tickets on that booking.
